SHOULD I BUY SHIPPING INSURANCE?

Quilt Kit Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase extra insurance on a package, please indicate this in the comments section of your order. The actual insurance charge will be added to your total charges. We have had very good success with USPS. Our delivery rate to date is 100%.

Import duties, taxes or tariff charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We send our International packages via International Priority Mail and UPS.

The website automatically assigns shipping costs based on the dollar amount. Please understand that these are only estimates and can be adjusted.



RETURN POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card, minus shipping and handling costs.

I offer a FULL 30 DAY RETURN POLICY here at Quilt Kit Shop.

If you feel you must make a return, please do email me at QuiltKitShop@yahoo.com . So I am aware of the situation and will be expecting the return. All returns must be in original condition and packaging (no missing pieces or sewn pieces) and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor to them or soiled fabric pieces, cannot be refunded.

In order to process a return, I must have your order number, date of order, your name, address, and how you paid for your order. Not required, but I would like to know the reason for the return.

ALL returned items are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee.

You will be given a refund for the item price paid. All shipping charges are non-refundable as is postal insurance (if applicable).

Note: If a returned item qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping & handling cost from Quilt Kit Shop to the destination will be deducted from the refund.

You can expect to be refunded in the method in which you paid within 7-14 business days of our receipt of returned item.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all original packaging.
