I Never Received My Order
- If you do not receive your order, please review our delivery time frames.
- Locate your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email or log into My Account select Order Status. Use the tracking information to track your order on the carrier’s website.
- Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not home during a delivery attempt.
- If you was not home, the delivery carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as a back door, garage, behind bushes or pillars.
- If you followed these steps and still cannot locate a past-due order, contact your local delivery carrier giving them the tracking number and letting them know you cannot find your order.
- If they do not have the package file a missing mail claim with the local carrier service in your area that was responsible to deliver your order.
- Lost priority mail is covered by USPS indemnity insurance for up to $100.00 with proof of merchandise purchase, through the post office only. You the customer will file the claim.

- We ship all orders via PRIORITY MAIL.
- We do NOT ship First Class Mail due to increased labor and materials.
- Typically most ordered will ship next business day.
- All orders: Your sales receipt will be emailed to you upon shipment.
- Shipping charges cannot be consolidated for multiple orders.
- If you use a P O Box, please make sure you add this to your order form.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or non delivered shipments. It will be your responsibility to follow up with your local postal office.

Unclaimed Packages or Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
If we receive a returned package marked as unclaimed by recipient or undeliverable, up to two attempts to contact via email will be made. If no response is received after 4 days, a refund will be issued for the order less the shipping and/or free shipping cost incurred by us and a 15% restocking fee. You the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping in order to resend.
Quilt Kit Shop will not be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect shipping address being provided to us.
