Please inspect your order upon receipt. Return requests must be received within 20 days of the shipping date of the order. We will gladly issue a full refund or replacement of the item price upon receipt and verification of the item(s). We require that the item(s) be returned in the same state in which you received it. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. Credit will not be given for shipping & handling charges. If your order was mailed with free shipping, the shipping we had to pay is nonrefundable. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded as we cannot resell.
Receiving a Refund
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return through the mail.
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return.
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
